The steel bar truss floor support plate is a kind of composite floor support plate which is processed into steel bar truss in the factory and connects the steel bar truss with the bottom formwork.
According to the bottom formwork used, the steel truss floor support plate can be divided into two types: TD I type and TD II type. The longitudinal rib program of type I bottom formwork is inverted "V", the rib height is 4mm, and the bottom formwork width is 576mm; the longitudinal rib section of type II bottom formwork is inverted "V" shape, the rib height is 2 mm, and the bottom formwork width is 600mm.

1.It is suitable for floor and roof of general industrial and civil buildings, operation platform of general structures, bridge deck of municipal viaduct, etc.
      Stress characteristics:
The ordinary cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor slab has no deflection due to the lower formwork support in the construction stage. After the concrete reaches a certain strength
When the formwork is removed, the floor will deflect under its own weight, and the concrete at the bottom of the floor will produce tension and even cracks. The steel truss floor support plate can be divided into two cases according to whether temporary support is provided:
       1. When temporary support is set, it is basically the same as ordinary cast-in-place concrete floor.
       2. When there is no temporary support, before the concrete is hardened, the strength and stiffness of the floor, that is, the strength and stiffness of the steel truss, the weight of the steel truss floor bearing plate, the weight of the concrete and the construction load are all borne by the steel bar truss. The concrete hardening is carried out under the deformation of the steel truss floor support plate, so the self weight of the floor support plate will not make the concrete at the bottom of the slab produce tension, and the concrete at the bottom of the slab will produce tension only under the permanent load and floor live load except the dead weight of the floor support plate. In this way, the cracking of the floor is delayed and the rigidity of the floor is larger than that of the ordinary cast-in-place concrete floor.
3.In the use stage, the upper and lower chord steel bars and concrete work together. This floor slab has the same mechanical performance as the reinforced concrete composite floor. Although the stress of the tensile reinforcement is ahead of the normal reinforced concrete floor, its bearing capacity is the same as that of the ordinary reinforced concrete floor.
4.The thickness of profiled steel plate as the bottom mould is relatively thin, and considering the economic profile, the lower part of the steel plate is not fireproof treatment, so the effect of steel plate should not be considered when calculating the bearing capacity of floor bearing plate. However, in normal use, the presence of steel plate increases the stiffness of the floor and improves the mechanical performance of the concrete under the floor.
      Product features:

1.The reinforcement arrangement is uniform and the stress mode is reasonable, which can greatly reduce the temporary support

2.Double fold edge buckle lap design, effective combination of formwork, ensure the construction quality

3.On site reinforcement binding workload is reduced by 60% ~ 70%, which further shortens the construction period

4.The mechanical properties and fire resistance of the cast-in-place building are the same as those of the traditional cast-in-place building. The bottom formwork does not participate in the service stage, and the problems of fire prevention and corrosion resistance need not be considered.
